How long can I access Abs In 8 for?
Forever! Once you have signed up for Abs In 8 you can revisit it and watch the videos and access all of the content as often as you want. This means that if you're not quite ready to start the full 8 weeks yet, you can start familiarizing yourself with the exercises and also start improving your eating habits! There is no set start and finish date, and you can repeat the program as often as you like!
This means, you can have me as your very own personal trainer whenever and where ever you like!
How long will I have access to the app for?
You will have access to your training app for 8 weeks, however if you wish to continue on with your workouts, you can opt to join our low cost monthly membership where I will give you progressive and effective workouts each week.
How long does the course take from start to finish?
There are three phases within the program which last for a total of 8 weeks. You can however choose to start the workouts at a later date. It's completely up to you!
How is Abs In 8 different from other courses out there?
There are so many programs available both online and through group sessions or one on one training. The difference with this program is that I not only show you HOW to perform each exercise, with video instructions, you also have the workouts recorded for you on video, to follow along. It's like I'm right there with you, guiding you and keeping you motivated and pushing you to keep going!
